We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist / Marketing Manager to manage our lead generation strategy and campaign. You’ll be the go-to expert for driving high-quality traffic to our sales funnels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other lead gen platforms.
- Work with the team to create and refine sales funnels to maximize conversions and drive traffic to landing pages (you would be the strategist).
- Book sales calls for our media agency's team (experience in this area is a bonus).
- Lead and collaborate with a team of copywriters, designers, and other marketers to ensure a consistent flow of leads.
- Project manage and oversee campaign execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation and campaign management.
- Proficiency with Facebook Ads and Google Ads and familiarity with other lead generation tools.
- Experience with ManyChat and Go High Level (bonus but not required).
- A strong understanding of the media/PR space is beneficial.
- Experience managing/hiring and guiding a marketing team to work with you to achieve set KPIs.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has a strong grasp of sales funnel mechanics and can independently drive campaigns from concept to execution.
- Proven ability to generate quality leads and track performance metrics.
- Skilled in coordinating and executing complex lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
